Known for their high-quality design approach, our client has won awards such as The RIBA, RTPI ‘Housing Design Award,’ and others. With new projects on the horizon, they are looking for a Senior Architect.

The Role:

As a Senior Architect, you'll work on diverse residential projects, from small-scale developments to large masterplans (10-500+ homes), guiding projects from feasibility to planning. You'll have the chance to shape communities, lead teams, and mentor junior staff, while creating sustainable, innovative designs. This role offers a clear path for long-term career growth within a well-established practice.

Key Attributes & Skills Needed

Minimum of 5 years’ experience (UK based) working on residential housing developments
Excellent residential layout design & architectural skills for outline and RM applications
Keen interest in both urban design & architecture
Good knowledge of the latest legislations and ensuring projects comply with CDM regulations
Good understanding of producing associated documents including Design Access Statements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members, along with mentoring junior technicians.
Proficiency in using AutoCAD; Revit experience is an advantage.
Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously within strict timelines and budgets.
