Responsibilities of the General Manager will include: Achieving budgeted targets and consistently deliver Brand and Company standards. Ensuring all employees display a professional, positive attitude, increase customer satisfaction levels and surpass customer expectations. Oversee the day to day operation of the Hotel ensuring strict compliance with agreed standards, policies and procedures. Developing, implementing and evaluating the agreed department goals and KPIs to support the business meet its strategic targets. To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by creating and implementing agreed department standards to achieve increased customer loyalty and retention, external recognition and business growth. Lead and create a team environment which promotes good employee morale and ensures a high level of commitment and pride in the Hotel.
