The Role As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, your role will be to ensure a warm welcome to our guests, to anticipate their needs and ensuring outstanding customer service is given to achieve 100% guest satisfaction. You will also be accountable for supervising the smooth running of the allocated section of the Food & Beverage department, as well as ensuring we deliver a 5-star service to our guests.
