Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and engage prospective clients in sectors such as renewable energy, green technology, corporate sustainability, or circular economy practices. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure ongoing collaboration and customer satisfaction. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's sustainability goals, ensuring measurable growth and market penetration. Product/Service Promotion: Clearly communicate the value of our sustainable offerings, demonstrating how they can help businesses meet their environmental and corporate social responsibility goals. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and sustainability teams to align sales strategies with corporate sustainability initiatives. Proposal Development: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining alignment with the company’s sustainability vision. Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the sustainability, environmental, or renewable energy sectors. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field is preferred. Skills: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of sustainability principles, corporate social responsibility, and environmental regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple accounts and priorities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
