What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager who will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring customer success. Youll be integral to improving retention, satisfaction, and scaling our Customer Success strategy. With our plans to expand the team, you’ll be one of the first go-to-market hires, positioning yourself for significant growth at Specter. What You’ll Be Doing As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients, serving as their trusted partner. You’ll spend much of your time proactively engaging with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure their success and address any needs. You’ll also collaborate closely with our founders to drive customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and help showcase the value of Specter to prospective clients. You’ll be interacting with Partners, Managing Directors, and Investors at international VC and PE funds. Own the customer journey : from onboarding to advocacy. Build strong relationships : work closely with customers to maximize their success with our platform. Be the voice of the customer : ensure feedback reaches our product and strategy teams. Monitor customer health : proactively identify risks and develop churn-prevention strategies. Lead QBRs : create success plans and track key performance metrics. Collaborate with founders and product team to shape the future of our platform. We’re Looking for Someone Who: Has relevant experience in Customer Success , working with similar clients and products.
