As they continue to expand, they’re looking for a Retention Manager to join their team on a 9-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and data-driven individual to make an immediate impact, delivering customer-centric campaigns and driving sustainable growth. The Role The Retention Manager will take full ownership of retention campaigns for a key market, working within a dedicated squad of fellow retention managers and merchandisers. The role requires delivering multi-channel communications, tracking performance metrics, and working closely with the local market teams to ensure growth targets are achieved. From email and SMS campaigns to on-site promotions, you will be at the heart of customer engagement and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute retention initiatives targeting existing customers, focusing on localised and personalised campaigns. Manage the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, push notifications, and SMS. Collaborate closely with merchandising to ensure all on-site elements align with campaign objectives. Use data and KPIs to monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and present insights to drive improvements. Optimise campaigns through a test-and-learn approach, incorporating experimentation for ongoing improvement. Essential Skills Proven experience in retention or CRM marketing, ideally within the gambling or gaming industry. Strong ability to work with data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies based on performance insights. Experience with multi-channel marketing, including email, SMS, and onsite messaging. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to plan and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, delivering them on time and within budget.
