About the role Working as part of an Internal Sales Team, the Internal Sales Advisor will manage enquiries, generate quotations, sell and process orders to new and existing customers. The role will primarily be territory driven, associated with a designated Area Sales Manager to develop new and existing customers in the given area. The role is geared towards ensuring achievement of monthly sales targets, whilst offering the best possible service to a wide customer base. This is a functional role within this Kingspan Water business unit. Customers range from homeowners, house builders, major contractors, regional and national builders' merchants, specifiers, consulting engineers and accredited installers. You will operate to the highest standards, specifying and selling ethical solutions that meet both the customer’s needs and the company’s profit aspirations. Key Responsibilities Lead point of contact for your assigned territories, associated Key Accounts and Klargester Accredited Installers. Manage incoming sales calls and email enquiries, receive and process incoming sales orders. Make outgoing proactive sales calls to potential customers. Generate quotations and respond to tender documents, follow up on these as appropriate Work with the Sales Office Manager to agree, manage and report on key KPI’s including, enquiries, quotes won/lost, sales pipeline for your assigned territories. Work with the ASMs to proactively develop Key Account relationships, promotional activity and attend as required. Liaise with SOM and ASMs and support accordingly in the management of your assigned territory and associated Key Accounts and Accredited Installers. Fully engage with the benefits and use of INFOR LN and CMS solution, including quote generation and qualification, order coding, validation and post order checks and customer communications. Ensure contacts are maintained and always updated, within relevant Management solutions. Achieve both individual and national sales targets. Build and maintain a high level of credibility with customers to ensure the best possible support and service. Experience & Knowledge Experience with selling techniques and negotiating skills Experience working within the wastewater or construction industry desirable IT literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office Understanding of both company and competitor products Experience working with ERP systems such as Infor LN Works well under pressure, excellent team player and people person Excellent telephone manner, well organised, self-motivated and resilient Able to excel within a demanding sales environment Full clean UK Driving Licence We are an Equal Opportunities employer.
