Skills/Responsibilities: Responsible for providing an excellent service across a broad range of HR transactions, including recruitment administration (permanent and agency), offer and new starter administration, contract changes, flexible working request, absence recording, leaver administration, optimum system and process set up, management reporting and HR KPIs. Support and deliver HR aspects of colleague onboarding Support and deliver L&D administrative support, including attendee management, room booking and hospitality Ensure that HR Databases / HRIS / filing systems are accurate and up to date Monthly reporting including Headcount reporting, HR Dashboard, Colleague Changes and Bradford Factor Responding in a timely manner to reference request for new starters, leavers, mortgages etc. In return for your commitment, we will offer you some fantastic benefits: Generous annual leave allowance - 25 days per year, plus bank holidays increasing by one day with each year of service until 27 days per year.
