Role Description As an Account Manager at Fin, you will play a vital role in nurturing client relationships and ensuring the smooth execution of their logistics operations. You'll be the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, fostering strong partnerships and exceeding their expectations. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate. Operational Excellence: Oversee the logistics operations for your accounts, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries while maintaining high service standards. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and technology, to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and provide seamless service. Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the delivery process. Qualifications: Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in client account management, relationship building, and logistics operations. Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to analyze situations, make sound decisions, and resolve issues efficiently. Organization & Attention to Detail: Meticulous and organized approach to managing multiple accounts and tasks. Logistics Knowledge: Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
