Scope of the role Customer Moulding growth is a key strategic pillar of our Kingspan Water & Energy business in Europe. Initially this role will support the business and senior management team in the development and growth of the Custom Moulding business in GB&I but in time could develop into a USA and European-wide remit. Key focus is driving business development, sales/margin growth and technical leadership in OEM solutions. Key Responsibilities Deliver Custom / OEM Business returns and P&L Management. Define strategic direction, plans and investment needed to deliver business growth objectives. Present rolling 5 year annual strategy for Custom moulding Research new market and sector opportunities that are strategically aligned to Kingspan and present to management team. Oversee technical support need to quote and deliver NPI programmes including management of outsourced tooling contractors. Manage and develop the internal customer care, accountant management and technical personnel to deliver the Custom business objectives. Set and manage team to deliver KPIs and targets. Work closely with operations, procurement and transport to ensure alignment on NPI and delivering day to day business. Work closely with finance on managing P&L, capex proposals and maintaining margins. Present progress reports at monthly management meeting, P&L, sales, NPI for Custom Moulding GB & IRE region Build, manage, and develop team including succession planning to ensure business continuity. Lead by example and be an ambassador for values and behaviours. Experience & Knowledge At least 3-5 years of proven business development experience with a record of successfully growing business in GB&I . European sales experience an advantage. Project management experience, including budgetary to manage projects through the operations Experience of rotational moulding a distinct advantage Technical sales ability to understand OEM customer requirements and arrive at win-win solutions A team player, proactive and positive with a ‘can do’ attitude and hands on approach Innovative attitude to challenge status quo and drive change Organised with excellent project planning skills Competent in use of Microsoft Office suite Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work under your own initiative with strong planning and organisational skills Ambitious self-starter who wants to grow as a person and develop their career Working Hours Monday - Thursday 8:15am - 5:00pm Friday 8:30am - 4.00pm Salary Highly competitive salary and bonus scheme Company Vehicle laptop, phone Excellent benefits included.
