We’re looking for someone with demonstrable experience in paid search & social to work across multiple clients, all with a purpose-driven focus of some kind - think global health charities, climate solutions platforms, London museums & organic skincare. The role will predominantly be working on Meta & Google Ads campaigns, with opportunities to work on other social media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok and Pinterest. At the Account Director level, you would be expected to work independently, & lead on complex clients with 3 channels & multiple territories. Day to day tasks: Planning, building & managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns Copywriting, providing creative feedback & ad briefs Developing paid search & social strategy Writing weekly & monthly reports Client relationship management Managing more junior team members About you The ideal candidate is someone who’s proactive and willing to get stuck in.
