An opportunity has risen in the Commercial Operations Department for a Head of Propositions.
Responsible For:
You will be responsible for leading and structuring the delivery of a range of evolving products and services to make a positive difference for dogs and their owners. You will initiate, author, and deliver the customer propositions strategy for the organisation, including articulating our value proposition across a wide portfolio. This includes all pricing, partnering, and competitor and CRM analysis.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of developing products and propositions, preferably in the pet health and welfare sector, including experience of partnering with insights teams and analysis and risks and controls.
- Commercial acumen, understanding how product design and delivery impacts operational and financial models to develop sustainable products.
- Project or programme management experience, including leading projects to a budget and with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience of using data, customer insight, market, or regulatory trends to shape strategy and delivery.
- Strong commercial background and experience of building investment cases to drive optimum business and customer outcomes.
- Proposition Lifecycle Management experience of developing a structured approach to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of propositions, including ideation, business case creation, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Experience of regularly reviewing and assessing the performance of propositions, making recommendations for improvement or withdrawal when necessary.
- An appetite to work in a small and driven team, be passionate about inclusion, and be ready to share your expertise with others, as well as try new things as we work on programmes across the organisation.

You will need to be reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude and be respectful when dealing with internal and external customers.
