Our client, a prestigious skincare brand, is looking to hire a Director of Business Development to join the team in London. The ideal candidate should have sales leadership expertise within beauty. This is a full-time permanent position starting as soon as possible.
Job Duties Include:
- Develop store sales targets and manage in-store events to achieve goals
- Manage P&Ls to ensure sustainable growth aligned with brand goals
- Identify sales growth opportunities and expand into new accounts strategically
- Collaborate on in-store and digital plans aligned with retailer calendars
- Monitor account inventory levels to minimize out of stocks
- Analyze impact of paid programming like COOP advertising and sampling
- Manage field visits with retail partners
- Analyze sales data, competitive activity, and recommend sales strategies
Job Qualifications Include:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field
- 3+ years experience in a similar role within the beauty category
- Prestige experience strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly organized/detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with P&L execution, ROI, and budgetary control
Salary: $140-$150k USD
