Whatyou'll do
Your role asPartnerships Lead will see you defining and implementing astrategic partnership framework, while running a team ofexperienced partner managers. You'll be building our reputation asa digital partner that third parties want to connect to, whiledeveloping long term sustainable value and positive customeroutcomes through third partyproducts.
We'll look to youown and monitor the end-to-end third party customer proposition,experience and performance for the customer journey, as well asdelivering the customer journey vision and roadmap for thirdparties to deliver strong performance and meet our commercialtargets.
Your other keyresponsibilities willinclude:
- Buildingand nurturing an ecosystem of partners that provide complementaryproducts and services to enhance customer valueproposition
- Developing and executing acomprehensive partnership strategy to engage and onboardpartnership opportunities which will provide areas ofdifferentiation to drive innovation and develop new products,services or solutions
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to execute partnership initiatives, working withkey stakeholders including the bank, marketing, sales and productteams to exploit innovation opportunities and then implement andintegrate these successfully
- Monitoring andanalysing partnership performance and KPI s to give strategicdirection for future partner opportunities and maximise partnershipeffectiveness and return to investment
- Runningthe integration process for successful partnerships to ensure thedelivery of incremental services to our customerbase
The skillsyou'll need
We're looking forsomeone with a proven track record and experience in owning andmanaging significant strategic partner relationships providingcomplex services. As such, you'll demonstrate strong communicationand influencing skills at a senior level, as well as excellentcollaboration and stakeholder engagementcapabilities.
In addition,you'll ideally bring experience with merchant acquiring, orfinancial services, with an understanding of merchant solutions,including acquiring, open banking payment gateways, API s POS, SaaScompanies or financialservices.
You'll alsoneed:
- Provenexperience in partner relationship management, preferably withinthe tech industry and with a focus on independent software vendorsand SaaS
- To be results driven, with the abilityto deliver strategies that meet financial and organisationalgoals
- Experience of structuring and leadingcomplex service or partnership negotiations
- Tobe comfortable with the pace of change and adaptability to marketconditions
- A good level of financialacumen, with the capability to translate complex solutions intoclearlanguage
