About the opportunity:
We are seeking an individual to perform the following:

Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel comfortable reaching out with any concerns.

Guide customers throughout the construction process, providing home demonstrations and addressing any questions they may have.

Showcase our thoughtfully designed homes post-construction, highlighting benefits such as flexible living spaces and energy efficiency.

Conduct follow-up visits with customers after they’ve moved in to maintain strong relationships and proactively address any issues.
About the benefits and rewards:
The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £50k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits including company car or car allowance and private medical cover.

Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the residential developer industry.
