Associate Job Overview

You'll be the main contact for specific work packages, overseeing all RIBA stages (0-7), and coordinating project documentation, ensuring all necessary approvals, consents, and inputs from other disciplines are integrated into the design You'll manage project resources, keeping track of budgets and risk, and maintaining a clear audit trail for decisions You'll ensure that all design output adheres to the company's Quality Management System and contribute to audits when required Leading a team, you'll define roles and responsibilities, identifying training needs, and supporting junior members

Associate Job Requirements

Revit proficiency Previous experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills and team leadership Must be registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB)

Associate Salary & Benefits

£70,000 - £80,000 salary (D.O.E.)
