As a Senior Sales and Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in building long-term commercial partnerships and driving the go-to-market strategy, with a focus on large-scale, hard-to-abate industries. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive product and service adoption across global markets. Build and nurture long-term client relationships, creating tailored decarbonisation solutions. Lead commercial negotiations, secure agreements, and facilitate financial structuring arrangements. Support sales in key markets like Europe, North America, and emerging regions. Collaborate with internal teams, including policy, technical, and marketing, to strengthen value propositions and product offerings. Experience Required: Sales and business development experience, ideally within industries such as building materials, Oil & Gas, renewable energy, hydrogen, or carbon markets. Proven track record of developing and closing long-term, complex commercial agreements, particularly in early-stage technology sales (e.g., pre-FEED). Strong understanding of sustainable technologies and commercial models, with experience in stakeholder management across large enterprises. Background in industries dealing with complex, large-scale projects, where early engagement is key to success.
