If so, we want you to lead our Change Team as the Head of Change What you will be doing: Lead and direct the Change Team to implement impactful business process improvements and manage change initiatives effectively. Plan and resource change initiatives, ensuring effective capture of business requirements and application of appropriate methodologies. Manage and develop the Change Teams performance while balancing project priorities and resource allocation. Oversee the execution of our continuous improvement program within the Shared Service Centre, ensuring changes are delivered successfully and benefits are tracked. Drive innovative idea generation and collaborate with the SSC Leadership Team to align business and systems change initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in change management, process improvement, and project leadership. Exceptional leadership and people management skills. Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a similar role is preferred. Qualification in Lean Six Sigma or related methodologies is an advantage.
