We are looking for a Sous chef passionate about ORGANIC cooking to join an amazing gastro pub, cooking simple French classics, everything made on site from scratch with a big focus on organic and sustainable ingredients. You should ideally have experience at Junior Sous / Sous level in a fresh food environment, with a genuine passion for organic produce. You should have experience in managing a small team of chefs ,and will collaborate with the Head Chef on new menu ideas You will have the opportunity to spend time in the market garden where the restaurant grows its own herbs , salads and some veggies. This is a company that values their staff, so you will join an amazing, stable team. Working 5 days a week, you will get at least one day off each weekend.
