You could be apart of the journey About You: The Sustainability Admin Assistant will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Sustainability team, contributing to the company's goals of promoting environmentally responsible practices and sustainable fashion. This role will be responsible for assisting with sustainability documentation, file maintenance, data collection, and internal stakeholder collaboration. Day to day, You'll be responsible for: Sustainability data entry for inter-departmental systems including ecommerce processes and buying, merchandising, and garment tech processes Assist with tracking compliance with sustainability standards and certifications (e.g. GOTS, Textile Exchange standards for recycled, organic, and responsible animal fibres) Coordinate with certification body and relevant teams for logo and claim use approval for certified materials Assist with product license submission systems for branded fibres and ensuring teams are provided with the information they need Support with data entry to the Worldly platform to track impact measurement and supplier performance for Digital Product Passport (DPP) purposes and company-level sustainability reporting Support with data entry to traceability software for DPP purposes and company-level sustainability reporting Monitoring all documents related to chain of custody for certified materials – scope certificates, transaction certificates, Assist with data collection from relevant departments for sustainability day-to-day and project-level activities (e.g. for sustainability reporting, climate footprint measurement, and materials use) If this sounds like your next opportunity, please apply and we will be in touch!
