Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and strategic Freelance Partnerships Lead to join our team and help drive our partnership growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PR and Marketing, with well-established connections in the creative industries. You will play a key role in identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with partners who can support and fund our work. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure we effectively leverage partnerships to achieve our goals and bring innovative projects to life. Key Responsibilities Partnership Development Identify, engage, and secure new partnership opportunities that align with our mission and values. Create proposals, presentations, and pitches to attract potential partners. Relationship Management Nurture and expand upon existing partner relationships to maximise value for both parties. Act as the main point of contact for our partners, maintaining strong and open communication. Strategic Growth Develop a partnership strategy to support business growth and funding goals. Explore opportunities for collaborations that can generate sustainable revenue streams and brand exposure. Public Relations and Marketing Integration: Leverage your background in PR and Marketing to create joint campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and events with partners. Coordinate with our team to ensure that partnership initiatives are aligned with our overall brand strategy. Networking and Outreach: Nurture existing relationships and establish new ones to build corporate partnerships and grow our visibility. Requirements Experience: Proven track record in partnership development, account management, or business development, ideally in the creative industries. Background in PR and Marketing: Strong understanding of media relations, branding, and audience engagement. Industry Connections: Strong network and relationships within the creative industries (e.g., media, arts, design, cultural organisations). Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create compelling presentations and pitches. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple partner relationships, prioritise effectively, and work independently.
