Our core business activities are teaching and learning, widening access to education, research and innovation and technology and knowledge transfer. - THE ROLE - As our University expands its partnership delivery domestically and internationally, the Partnership Delivery Officer will be a key post to lead on partnership responsibilities under the remit of the Student Operations function, with a focus on review, oversight, coordination and development of partnership administration, processes and outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Student Operations, the post holder will work flexibly across the function and with the Student Operations leadership team to deliver service excellence in line with Ulster Universitys strategy and values. The post holder will work in collaboration with Faculties, Professional Services and Academic Business Development to deliver effective, scalable and sustainable business processes and will ensure partnership agreements are supported by Student Administration functional areas to include Admissions, Student Operations and Banner Support. - ABOUT YOU - The postholder will be required to have: - Degree or professional qualification of relevance to the post. - Significant experience in developing, implementing and quality-assuring scalable and sustainable business processes in a complex organisation.
