This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a strong electrical background and experience in managing solar installations to join a forward-thinking company at the forefront of the renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar installation projects for industrial and commercial clients across multiple UK sites. Lead project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of installations, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all technical specifications and deadlines are met. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess risks, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring financial control and accountability. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, identifying potential project risks and solutions. Ensure all electrical installations are completed in accordance with industry standards and regulations. Liaise with clients to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Proven experience in project management within the solar energy sector, specifically on industrial and commercial projects. A solid electrical background , with relevant qualifications (such as NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, or similar). Strong understanding of electrical installations and solar PV systems. Experience in leading project teams and managing subcontractors on multiple sites. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage time and resources effectively. Full UK driving licence. Flexibility to travel extensively across the UK, with overnight stays where required. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
