Your next challenge: We need a leader who can guide the Pluxee UK people strategy and help the country to deliver sustainable and profitable growth in our booming market. The HRD will have a day-to-day, ongoing impact on the business of Pluxee UK, helping us to retain and attract talents and high performing team. This position is part of the Pluxee UK leadership team and expected to be comfortable in a leadership role. She/he is a valued business partner within the company and therefore delivers to improve performance and team engagement. Context and Main Issues: Co-construct with local Comex, Pluxee global and regional teams a local business strategy in line with the global, regional and local business priorities. Identify and use relevant contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to support the local HR strategic choices and direction. Design a people strategy implementation roadmap by integrating People Global strategy and local market/business specificity. Collaborate and act as advisor for the management team and all teams members on all People management related topics (talent acquisition, Comp&Ben, L&D, records management, talent management, Employee relations and retention, labor relations, organizational structure). Develop HR budget by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances. Integrate, develop and adopt the global People policies, priorities and processes throughout the local organization related to Talent Management and succession planning, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits Lead the local Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy, plans, and programs, as well as Internal Communication. Together with the executive team, drive Engagement of employees by defining and implementing supportive initiatives. Create proactive approaches to well-being in the organization in order to drive physical and mental well-being. Together with the local marketing team, ensure the promotion of Pluxee, the brand at all levels in the company and outside the company across the country. At least 5 years of experience as a HR director or HR manager or other key collaborator role in a country executive team International experience or experience in a mutinational company is a plus Previous experience with HR systems and databases is a must Strong knowledge to labour regulations/laws Experience of a global international company that has gone through a digital transformation or that is already fully digital (native or not) is a plus.
