Business Development Manager –Print / Large Format / POS / Events and Exhibitions / Signage
Berkshire (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Circa £45,000 DOE + car allowance + package
Our client, based in Berkshire, are a modern and edgy large format digital print specialist company. Due to their rapidly expanding business they are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to really boost them to the next level.
Reporting the Head of Sales, the perfect candidate will be ambitious and energetic whilst dedicated to creating and applying a successful sales strategy, the ultimate goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
The Role:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
The Candidate:
Proven sales experience within print industry – Print / Large Format / POS / Events and Exhibitions / Signage
Proven sales track record of hitting targets
Strong customer service, communication and negotiation skills
Proficient working with MS Office and CRM software
Market knowledge along with current market trends
Strong time management, organisation and planning skills.
