The Role: Business Liaison Advisor
We are on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Liaison Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will investigate ongoing construction projects, leveraging various communication channels to uncover valuable opportunities for their clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research on current construction projects using telephone, internet, and other communication tools.

Directly interact with customers via their internal CRM system, answering inquiries about project information.

Manage your workload to ensure timely, accurate, and up-to-date project information delivery.

Achieve KPI targets related to project volume and data quality.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with contacts in the construction industry.

Flexibly undertake additional tasks as required by the manager and business needs.
Skills and Experience Required:

Experience in an outbound calling role (such as Research, Debt Collection, Account Management, Sales).

Excellent communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.

Active listening skills and resilience.

Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.

The Package:
In return for your experience, our client is looking to pay a basic salary of £25,000, plus bonus, plus an incredible benefits package, including up to 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.
