We currently have a vacancy for a Marking Assistant to join our friendly and welcoming team in our Bedford office.
Key duties will include:
- Assist the Marketing Manager to deliver monthly marketing reports, signage and marketing suites.
- Manage regional email and SMS campaigns
- Support the Marketing Manager with regional events.
- Assist with the production of printed and digital assets for the sales team in a timely and accurate manor.
- Brief and check regional social campaigns.
About you:
Essential
- Excellent communication skills, including face to face, telephone, and written communication.
- Ability to build relationships both with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic, positive and motivated with a flexible approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Full UK Driving licence and a willingness to travel across the business as required in order to facilitate role.
- Proficient IT skills – Office, Word, Excel
Desirable
- An interest in data and analytics, with an ability to interpret and present back information relating to sales & marketing performance.
- A marketing qualification
- Previous experience in the housebuilding industry
