We launched our direct sales e-commerce website in 2001 and are now embarking on a journey to revolutionise our digital platforms and marketing. Reporting into the Head of marketing and Experience, we are looking for an experienced, passionate, and tenacious Digital Marketing Executive to join us on our journey. Job Summary Reporting to the Head of Digital & eCommerce, the “Digital Marketing Executive” will support on execution of the digital strategy for the Aspire Airport Lounge brand. This stretches across performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and digital products all with the aim of driving efficient campaigns that help the business grow re venue.The ideal candidate will not be afraid to challenge themselves, our digital environment and make continual recommendations on how best to utilise budgets, improve ROI and engineer maximum impact. The post-holder will be confident in working with external digital and marketing agency partners to ensure delivery on agreed objectives and value for money for Aspire Airport Lounges. Job Responsibilities Support the Head of Digital & eCommerce in creating a comprehensive digital marketing and ecommerce strategy plus the launch of key digital products. Develop and execute paid media strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliates and more. Tracking and forecasting Performance Marketing spend and revenue. Monitor and optimise daily marketing metrics such as ROI, CPA, and more with a goal to measure overall campaign effectiveness. Develop and execute SEO strategies with the goal of identifying routes for Organic growth whilst ensuring our website ranks high for key search terms. A/B testing across all campaigns to create new learnings and continuously optimise for maximum performance. Working with third party agencies to execute our paid media strategies and identify new routes for business growth across all digital marketing channels. Review and update website content regularly to ensure accuracy, relevance and ensure authority on SERPs. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to execute cross-channel campaigns. Work with the CRM Manager with support on CRM campaigns through Salesforce. Work with our development team to ensure a great customer-experience across all digital products. Keep our website up to date by working with people throughout the business. Regularly analyse & report on performance through GA4 and Salesforce. Qualifications and Competencies Although not a requirement, you may have worked within the hotel, car hire, airline, travel agency, car parking or large restaurant industries, able to bring the industry-unique ‘lessons learned’ to this new role. 2+ years working in a Digital Marketing role. Proven experience of working on direct-to-consumer eCommerce sites. Fantastic knowledge of SEO and Performance Marketing with familiarity of key platforms such as Google, Meta, X, TikTok, and more. Effective team player who can work collaboratively with wider marketing team to drive digital marketing. Knowledge of Salesforce and general CRM experience is a bonus. Analytical and proactive. Experience in working with agency partners. Sound knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4). Ability to communicate effectively. Confidence in building relationships with affiliates. Experience implementing and delivering successful and engaging campaigns across email, social, on-site etc.
