Requirements:

Over 5 years of experience as a Contracts Manager in construction.

Ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines.

Strong knowledge of quality and safety management systems.

Experience in managing large construction projects.

Strong understanding of health and safety requirements on Irish construction sites.

Proven success in completing projects on budget and to specifications.
