This role will manage, motivate and develop the People Services Coordinators to ensure the delivery excellence and consistency in people management and operations with the support of the HR Business Partners in line with agreed SLAs, contributing to our overall aims of: Developing an inclusive, collaborative and customer-centric culture with inclusive leaders and motivated, high performing teams Building a People Team recognized as a customer centric, strategic partner supporting growth though our championing and leading the development of a great, personalised colleague experience built on fit for purpose people processes. Skills/Responsibilities: Act as first line advisor to managers and colleagues on a wide range of operational people issues. Case management including providing advice, guidance, and support on performance management, disciplinary, absence, capability, and grievance issues, escalating more complex matters through to the Senior HR Business Partner and working closely with the Junior HRBPs. Proactively use MI Reports to identify trends and patterns, highlighting any issues to Senior HR BP. Responsible for absence management, carrying out monthly review of absence data and providing proactive advice to managers in connection with attendance and performance issues. Liaise with occupational health providers in terms of ill-health referrals or general support/counselling. Work closely with Junior HRBPs and PSCs to ensure consistency of application of policy and process across the MEU-UK branch. Conduct Exit Interview with leavers and provide insights and recommendations to the HR, and the business where appropriate.
