Electrician - Senior Supervisor
£48,000 - £53,000 per annum

Z-Tech, a leading company in the energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Senior Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As part of the Energy team, the Senior Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing and managing our UKPN project delivery within the energy sector. Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring high performance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution and completion within deadlines and budget constraints.
Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project workflow, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication.
Monitor and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure all work meets regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.
Conduct safety meetings, training sessions, and risk assessments, and implement safety initiatives to minimize workplace hazards.What we will need from you:
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successful project completion.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to travel to project sites and work outside regular business hours, if required.
