Overview
As a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Consultant at our organization, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing CSR strategies and initiatives. You will be responsible for driving sustainable business practices, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Conducting CSR assessments and developing strategic plans for CSR initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal teams to integrate CSR practices into business operations.
- Engaging with external stakeholders to understand their CSR expectations and concerns.
- Designing and overseeing sustainability reporting and communication efforts.

- Measuring and analyzing the impact of CSR programs and initiatives.

- Providing guidance on CSR risk management and crisis response.
- Contributing to the development of sustainability strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Proven experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of CSR principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Ability to develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Experience in conducting CSR assessments, materiality analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in sustainability reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record in driving CSR initiatives with measurable social and environmental impact.
- Knowledge of ethical and sustainable supply chain management practices.
- Ability to stay updated on CSR regulations, trends, and emerging issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for CSR program evaluation and improvement.
- Familiarity with CSR risk management and crisis response strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and across different functional areas.
- Relevant certifications in CSR, sustainability, or related fields is a plus.
