Company Intro Our client are seeking a Site Manager based in London, they are a leading developer with a history of creating well-designed sustainable communities for over 60 years. We are proud to have highly regarded capability for delivering developments of varying size and scale. Successful candidates will have the following skills:

Strong Site Management experience with a main Housebuilder/Developer
Proven experience multi-phase, mixed-use projects
Excellent time management and able to manage multiple subcontractors on site
Commercially and financially aware of costing and sustainability
Strong negotiation skills
Able to build strong working relationships
Strong team and people management skills
Motivated and able to engage with all levels of staff; colleagues and third parties
Excellent communication skills
