The Joseph Ash Group (JAG) in the UK operates from its Head Office in Halesowen. JAG provides steel protection across a range of processes including hot dip galvanizing, powder coating, duplex coating, and shot blasting across 9 sites.

Graduate Chemical Engineer to join our team at a leading galvanizing company. This exciting role offers the chance to work across nine operational sites, improving processes, supporting research and development, and driving innovation.
What You'll Be Doing: - Monitoring and improving chemical processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Analysing data to identify and implement process improvements.
- Designing and testing experiments to develop new techniques and materials.
- Standardizing best practices across all sites to improve performance.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to teams.
- Conducting chemical analyses and titration tests to maintain quality standards.
- Preparing reports and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Using chemical engineering principles to optimize production processes.
What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of chemical processes, lab equipment, and analysis methods like titration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for reports and team collaboration.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
- Flexibility to work across multiple sites and handle different tasks.
- Full UK driving license.
- Willingness to travel to sites.
