Contract Front End Architect | Predominantly Remote
Don’t apply for this job if you want to work in an office every day, as this position is pretty much solely remote (aside from the first week/onboarding, you’d probably be in the office one day every couple of weeks). A company within the education SaaS sector is currently consulting on some very important technology decisions. Unfortunately, though, they don’t have the breadth of experience in-house to make these decisions. As such, they need a Front-End Architect / Consultant to come on board, speak with the dev team, the product team etc, get an understanding of various projects and need, and advise on what technology is needed to help the project scale. Afterwards, you’ll be needed to advise what resourcing the team will need moving forwards on a longer-term basis to help it grow and remain sustainable.
Please note that this is not a programming/development role.
This contract is going to be circa 3 days per week, is expected to last around 6 months and is outside IR35
