We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to join our team as a CDT Coordinator in Sustainable Chemical Technologies. This role supports the training of researchers focused on sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Admissions: Manage the recruitment process, including inquiries, interviews, and open days.
Student Support: Coordinate with academic staff and external providers to assist students and maintain records.
Administrative Support: Assist the CDT Directors with meetings and general inquiries.
Financial Administration: Monitor budgets and manage financial records in collaboration with the finance team.
Event Coordination: Organise events that promote the CDT's work and manage logistics.
Qualifications:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in an administrative or project coordination role is preferred.
