Salary: £37-48,000 dependent on experience
I am delighted to be actively recruiting for a successful Architectural Practice who has seen steady growth over the last 20+ years seeing them able to open a couple of offices across the UK. Their talented team are comprised of Architects, Architectural Technologists and Architectural Assistants. They dedicated to ensuring regular training and investment into the latest technology and have cultivated an environment that supports progression, innovation and creativity. They have a diverse portfolio of projects that has expanded across a number of sectors however their specialities lie within education, healthcare and commercial. With exciting plans to continue their growth they are seeking a passionate Senior Architect to join their social team in Cambridge.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Senior Architect with experience working on education and similar projects with demonstratable proficiency in a Revit and a keen eye for detail.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:
ARB registered / RIBA qualified
Extensive post Part Three experience in a UK based Practice
Proven track record of working on Defence projects
Job running experience is beneficial
Boast design flare and creativity
Passion for innovation and sustainable designs
Be able to hit the ground running
Proficiency with Revit is essential
Experience working across the RIBA stages
Great technical abilities
Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities and other professionals
Present design proposals
Live locally to the Cambridge area
