Key Responsibilities for the Quality Engineer:

Lead root cause analysis using methodologies like 5Why and 8D to deliver sustainable solutions.

Collaborate with design, production, and purchasing teams to ensure product quality aligns with customer expectations.

Create and improve SOPs, ensuring documentation and traceability throughout the production process.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives, identifying waste and enhancing process efficiency.

Manage KPIs and deliver clear reporting on non-conformances and quality standards.

Develop and manage supplier quality assurance processes, conducting audits and driving supplier improvement initiatives.
What They’re Looking For in a Quality Engineer:

Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments – oil and gas or similar sectors preferred.

Strong expertise in quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP and Lean principles.

Confident in writing and implementing SOPs and QMS (ISO 9001:2015).

Excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams and with suppliers.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings

Auditing experience

Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
