Mechanical Building Services Engineer - Brand new SMART Building
£45,000 Basic Salary + 25 Days Holiday + Overtime + Career Progression + Pension
A globally recognised, FM organisation have secured the contract for a brand new commercial office building based in the Reading area, are are on the look-out for a Mechanically biased building services engineer to join the team, being a brand new building, expect state of the art equipment and a super sustainable building with SMART technology.
The role will be working within a 2 man team overseeing the planned and reactive maintenance of a large commercial office complex, working on a rotating Monday to Friday basis 0n a 7am - 4pm and 9am - 6pm basis overseeing a range of equipment including; AHU's, FCU's, pumps, chilled water systems, plumbing, BMS systems, water treatment (legionella), air source heat pumps, as well as general building services equipment.
Ideally candidates should hold a relevant Mechanical/plumbing qualification and have at least 3 years experience working within the building services sector.
