Contract: Full-time (40 hours, 5 days per week) or Part-time (32 hours, 4 days per week)
Salary: £24k–£27k (dependent on experience)

Are you passionate about premium retail and sustainable fashion? We’re seeking an experienced Sales Assistant with a minimum of 2 years in a high-end retail environment to join our team. About the Role:As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service while embodying our ethos of sustainable and stylish fashion. You’ll play a key role in providing customers with personalized advice, managing daily operations, and ensuring the store maintains its welcoming and organised atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service across all interactions (in-store, phone, and email).
Assist customers with product and styling advice, ensuring a deep understanding of the brand and current collections.
Handle stock availability, orders, and returns with confidence and efficiency.
Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish stock, and ensure the shop floor is clean and tidy.
Support with opening and closing duties, as well as logistics and till functions.
Communicate customer feedback to the buying and merchandising teams.
Assist with deliveries, stock recalls, and troubleshooting technical/customer issues.What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a customer service or sales advisor role within premium or luxury retail.
