What You’ll Be Doing
End-to-End HR Support: Deliver a professional and efficient HR service across the entire employment lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, for the UK and European regions.
Partner with Leaders: Collaborate closely with the Regional HR Business Partner to support a designated business area, providing operational and strategic HR advice.
Employee Relations: Advise and support managers on HR policies and procedures, managing disciplinaries, grievances, performance issues, and terminations.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes, implementing solutions that add value.
Global Collaboration: Work with colleagues and stakeholders across global locations to align HR practices and support shared goals.
What We’re Looking For
HR Expertise: You’ve worked in an HR Advisor role, with hands-on experience managing employee relations issues.
Communication Star: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle a variety of tasks with ease.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HR systems (e.g., Cascade or similar) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
CIPD Ready: Whether you’ve already got your CIPD qualification or are on your way to earning it
Global Mindset: Experience or an interest in international HR is a bonus!
