The Role
They are seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer who will bring expertise, creativity, and leadership to their dynamic London-based team. This role is for a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a strong background in electrical design for complex building systems and infrastructure projects.
As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will lead the development of electrical systems for cutting-edge projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative electrical designs for high-profile projects across various sectors.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring designs meet technical, environmental, and client requirements.
- Perform detailed design calculations, feasibility studies, and system analysis.
- Prepare technical specifications, reports, and documentation.
- Foster client relationships, contributing to project strategy and decision-making.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

Must Have's
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in electrical design for building systems or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ETAP.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
