Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Neighbourhood Officer to join our team in Cheshire East. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with residents to foster a sense of community and address any anti-social behaviour issues.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.
- Assist in the development and implementation of community initiatives and events.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to property management and resident interactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within housing or property management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of housing legislation and regulations is desirable.
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
