We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join a global investment firm with a commitment to sustainability, where you will play a pivotal role in identifying and managing investments in real assets as well as upskilling those around you.
The Associate Director will:
- Identify and lead investments in renewable energy, infrastructure, and other innovative solutions.
- Drive the strategic development of portfolio companies, ensuring long-term value creation.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence key strategic decisions.
- Lead and develop a small team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a proven track record in private equity, infrastructure, or similar investments, on a global scale.
- Demonstrate a passion for sustainability and a strong focus on performance and returns.
- Be a leader who can independently drive projects and inspire team members.
