The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation and a passion for developing sustainable manufacturing processes. This role will focus on automating various factory processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure long-term sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Analyse current manufacturing processes to identify areas for automation and improvement Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and industry trends and find alternatives to keep invest budget Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes. Secure that we implement automatization which fulfils the requirements on speed, output and quality for each case Monitor payback and optimize automated systems to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation systems seamlessly. Develop and maintain documentation for automated systems and processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Provide training and support to staff on new automation technologies and processes. Key Skills: Technical Proficiency: Robotics: Knowledge of robotic systems and their integration into manufacturing processes. Control Systems: Understanding of control systems, including SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface). Process Optimization: Lean Manufacturing: Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and improve efficiency. Data Analysis: Ability to analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Software Skills: Simulation Tools: Experience with simulation tools to model and test automation processes.
