HR Office Manager - London - EV Charging - £35k to £50k Job Title: HR Office Manager Location: London (Hybrid, 4/5 days per week on site) Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum Industry: EV Charging About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and organised HR Office Manager to join our growing EV charging business. This is a pivotal role combining HR management, office administration, and support to the CEO. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring smooth operational processes, and supporting the leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Management Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals. Handle employee relations, acting as a point of contact for HR-related queries. Oversee compliance with employment laws and regulations. Coordinate performance reviews and assist with professional development initiatives. Office Management Ensure the smooth running of the office, including managing suppliers and overseeing facilities. Maintain and improve office systems, tools, and processes. Act as the primary point of contact for health and safety matters. Culture and Engagement Champion initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Organise team-building events, social activities, and other engagement initiatives. Drive employee wellbeing programmes, including Occupational Health. Executive Support Provide administrative support to the CEO, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience in an HR or office management role, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law in the UK. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. High levels of discretion and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels. Experience with onboarding and creating positive workplace cultures.
