The successful candidate will possess excellent relational skills, comfortable directing the trust team, negotiating with DfE and Diocesan colleagues, working with leaders from other schools and trusts, and of course talking with children in the playgrounds of our schools! Core to the role will be engaging with trust leaders to drive the trust’s strategic development and deliver our recently updated strategic plan. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams, succession planning, performance and financial management.
