Prepare and dispatch high-quality sales documentation to maintain continuity and professionalism with prospects. Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in the CRM system. Share documentation with a central file to ensure consistency and accessibility. Complete all required documentation in line with MHR’s quality standards. Stay informed about competitive activity and provide analysis and feedback as required. Maintain a market and business awareness through reading articles, periodicals, and discussions. Uphold and project the company’s professional image at all times. Ensure all company equipment (e.g., computer hardware, mobile phones) is well-maintained and presentable.
