Position Overview: The Maintenance Electrician will provide planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple sites and sectors. Responsibilities include installation, fault-finding, and maintaining various systems while adhering to safety and operational standards. The role is based in Leeds area working primarily but not exclusively Therefore, working across the Yorkshire and surrounding area will be required. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and installation work on Lighting systems Electrical distribution boards and circuits Fire and intruder alarms Pumps, motors, and control systems Building Management Systems (BMS) HVAC and EV systems Perform fault diagnosis, repairs, alterations, and electrical testing. Respond promptly to reactive call requests via the Helpdesk Team. Participate in on-call service as part of a rota. Prepare quotes for installations and repair work. Identify non-repairable issues and provide recommendations. Utilise CAFM systems for task tracking and updates. Adhere to site safety regulations and promote sustainable practices. Qualifications and Skills: NVQ Level 3, AM2, City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing. Previous experience in electrical maintenance and installation.
