The ideal Associate Director of EIA Property will: Have 10 years of industry experience, including leadership in property EIA projects and urban regeneration. Be a chartered professional (or working towards it) with a degree in an environmental or sustainability discipline. Demonstrate a proven track record in managing EIAs, writing Environmental Statements, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Excel in business development, including bid writing, revenue generation, and maintaining an active network within the property sector.
